The Nelson Sauvin hop tastes as different as it looks (for reference, it’s strangely long and thin). Normally, brewers coax out white wine and passion fruit characteristics from Nelson hops, but here Mason decides to go the deeper root and elicitsflavors of pine needles, earthydill, some key lime and papaya (earthen fruit).
